Lucille Fultz Stamper, 81, of Carlisle, Ohio, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2012, at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, Ohio. She was born February 13, 1931, in Carter County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Jack and Lottie (Fife) Fultz. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda Stamper, and siblings, Zola Riley, Irene Stamper, Bertha Stamper, Ethel Leadingham, Coy Fultz, Arnold Fultz, and Frank Fultz. Mrs. Stamper is survived by her husband, Verl Stamper; one daughter, Lisa Martin and husband Ron, and one grandson, Nathan Martin, all of Franklin, Ohio; one brother, Edward 'Jr.' Fultz of Channahon, Illinois; one sister, Wilma Walton of Whittier, California; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. Lucy was a member of the Park Drive Church of God in Franklin, Ohio. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 23, 2012, at 12:00 noon at Northcutt and Son Home for Funerals with Rev. Mike Pennington officiating. Burial will follow at the Fultz Cemetery in Carter County, Kentucky. Visitation is from 10 a.m. until the service at 12 noon on Friday, November 23, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
