Lucille Little Kinder, age 64, of Cranston Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Born December 3, 1946, in Rowan County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Essie Plank Little. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two infant siblings. Lucille is survived by her husband of 45 years, Danny Kinder, whom she married March 26, 1966; three daughters, Tina Mason and friend Bob of Morehead, Kentucky, Michele Kinder of Morehead, Kentucky, and Denise Rayburn and husband Kevin of Olive Hill, Kentucky; and five grandchildren, Austin McClain, Cody Mason, Kaleb Rayburn, Jasmine Rayburn, and Shasta Rayburn. Other survivors include four sisters, Judy Gulley and husband Jack, Geraldine Kelsey and husband Butch, and Evilene Caudill and husband Curt, all of Morehead, Kentucky; and Pauline Pugh of Milton, Indiana; three brothers, Rick Little and wife Connie and Aubrey Little and wife Eva Jane, all of Morehead, Kentucky, and Vernon Little of Muncie, Indiana; very special friends, Vernon and Freda Gross; and many nieces and nephews, other family members, and friends. Lucille was a very loving and caring wife, mom, and grandma. She loved her family very much and would do anything to help them. She gave special attention to her grandchildren, whom she adored. A member of Rock Fork Christian Church, she was a great Christian Lady who was very involved in her church and cared very much about her church family. She retired from Rowan County Senior High School in 2005. Lucille was the love of Danny-s life. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Butch Kelsey, Brother Vernon Gross, and Brother Charlie Riggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Williams Cemetery on Stacy Road. Pallbearers: Vernon Gross, Dallas Fraley, Donald Buckler, Vincin Plank, Josh Cooper, and Jack Gulley.
