Louvon Mabry Jennings, age 69, of Oak Grove Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012, at her residence after an extended illness. She was born September 25, 1943, in Elliott County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Hollie and Lucy McDaniel Mabry. She was also preceded in death by one son, Jeffrey Dean Fraley, and several brothers and sisters. Louvon is survived by her husband, Hurman Ray Jennings; a daughter, Loretta Jean Barker and husband Terry of Morehead, Kentucky; and two grandchildren, Justin Barker and Evan Barker. Also surviving are two sisters, Louise Holbrook of Elliott County, Kentucky, and Christine Nickles of Mansfield, Ohio; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. A special thank you is extended to Edith Combs for her devoted care during Louvon's illness. Louvon was an employee of Cowdens Manufacturing for more than 20 years, enjoyed flower arranging, and especially loved spending time with her grandsons. Graveside services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, December 22, 2012, at the Mabry-Kegley Cemetery with Rev. Jim Howard officiating.
