Lori Ann Whitt Stroop, age 45, of Redwine Road, West Liberty, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2011, at U. K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born August 27, 1965, in Morgan County, Kentucky, and is the daughter of Beacher Lee and Anna Maude Wagoner Whitt of West Liberty, Kentucky. In addition to her parents, Lori is survived by her companion, Corey Sears of West Liberty, Kentucky; two sons, Pfc. Nicholas Wilson and wife Alicia of Ft. Hood, Texas, and Travis Green and wife Erica of Morehead, Kentucky; one daughter, Lyndsey Green of West Liberty, Kentucky; and three grandchildren, Carson Wilson, Lauren Wilson, and John David Green. Also surviving are two sisters, Pauletta Caskey and husband Charles of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, and Cheri Lincoln of Middletown, Ohio; one brother, Timmy David Whitt of Wrigley, Kentucky; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members. Lori was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed cooking, watching movies, reading, watching her children play sports, and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Sunday, August 21, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Charles Caskey officiating. Burial will follow in Adkins Cemetery in Wrigley, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be Kyle Hammonds, Charlie Caskey, Jamie Caskey, Corey Sears, Travis Green, and Anthony Green.
