Loretta Mae Spencer Williamson, age 58, of Darley Creek, Mt. Sterling, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2014, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was born May 18, 1955, in Mt. Sterling, a daughter of Hazel Marie Eldridge of Mt. Sterling and the late Edward Clay Spencer. Besides her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Heather Williamson and Duane Carmill of Mt. Sterling; five sisters, Elsie Spencer of Clearfield, Kentucky, Wanda Jones, Sandra Utterback, Edna Caudill, and Bobbie Stockdale, all of Mt. Sterling; one brother, Edward Spencer of Mt. Sterling; two grandchildren, Prynthia Rayne Williamson-Cartmill and Trinity Mai Williamson-Cartmill; and a host of nieces and nephews. Loretta was retired from Summit Polymer and enjoyed sewing, reading, quilting, gardening, and video games. A memorial gathering will be held from noon until 2 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead Visitation: Friday, January 31, 2014, from noon until 2 p.m.
