Lisa Lynn Fouch McIntosh, age 49, of Bratton Branch, Morehead, passed away Monday, December 1, 2014, at her residence. She was born February 26, 1965, in Morehead, a daughter of the late William H. 'Bill' Fouch and Carolyn Kay Cornette. She was also preceded in death by her very dear aunt, Billie Cornette. Lisa is survived by two sons, Kyle McIntosh and fianc-e Melissa Nickell of Clearfield and Cody Lane Hafer of Globe; one daughter, Callie Kay Rayburn of Globe; three grandchildren, Bentley, Jaxon, and Brooks McIntosh; one sister, Lora Wells of Morehead; a half-brother, Billy Bruce Fouch of Morehead. and a very close friend, Jim 'Breezy' Smith. Lisa was a homemaker and loving mother, a former construction worker with Hinkle Contracting in Paris, and a former server at Huddle House and Ponderosa. As a youngster, she enjoyed horseback riding, fishing and the outdoors. She was of the Church of God Faith. Funeral services will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 5, 2014, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Mark Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Jeff McIntosh, Doug Thornsberry, Jim Smith, Scott Cantrell, Kyle Conley, Earl Nickell, Jr. Visitation is 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2014, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions for Lisa to the funeral home.
