Lis Klyver Jensen Brigantino, age 77, of Sharkey Road, Morehead, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016, at her residence. Born February 20, 1939, in Copenhagen, Denmark, she was the daughter of the late Poul and Else Anderson Jensen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Brigantino. She is survived by three daugthers, Jeannette Brigantino and Kimberly Brigantino, both of Morehead, and Gitte Altman of Cookeville, Tennessee; one son, Eric Brigantino of Sarasota, Florida, and seven grandchildren, Toni Altman, Brenden Altman, Sean Altman, Jessica Altman, Nicholas Brigantino, Jason Brigantino, and Angelo Brigantino. Mrs. Brigantino was a homemaker and owned a cleaning business. She had a huge zest for life that was contagious and enjoyed sewing and dancing. A private family service will be held at a later date.
