Linda Carol Lykins Hough, age 76, of Parkside Court, Morehead, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2025, at UK-St. Clarie HealthCare in Morehead.

Born September 18, 1948, in Morehead, Linda was a daughter of the late Avery Lykins and Hazel McClurg Lykins.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Hough in 2016; two brothers, Kenny Lykins and Larry Lykins; one sister, Donna Moore; and one grandson, Travis Kelsey.

She is survived by two sons, Robert Kelsey of Morehead and Carl Blumenhorst, Jr. of Ridgeville, Indiana; two daughters, Connie Kelsey and Barbara Kelsey, both of Dunkirk, Indiana; 9 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

Other survivors include three brothers, David Lykins of Muncie, Indiana, Bobby Lykins of Portland, Indiana, and Jerry Lykins of Dunkirk, Indiana; one sister, Carolyn Everhart of Dunkirk, Indiana; a host of nieces and nephews; and many cousins.

Linda retired from a glass factory in Dunkirk, Indiana. She loved cooking out, fishing, gardening, camping, watching Westerns and coloring on her I-pad. Most of all, she loved her family and spoiling her grandchildren. Linda will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In fulfilling her wishes, a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
