Linda Ferguson Helton, age 64, of Piedmont Street, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Monday, May 20, 2013, at the Life Care Center in Morehead. She was born June 5, 1948, in Rowan County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Nabirt Ferguson and Dessie Adkins Charles. Linda is survived by one son, Kris Helton of Avon Park, Florida; one daughter, Kim Tully and husband Frank of Spring Hill, Florida; two brothers, Larry Ferguson of Taylorsville, Kentucky, and Wayne Ferguson of Hillsboro, Kentucky; five sisters, Sue Caudill of Morehead, Kentucky, Dianna Atkins of Lexington, Kentucky, Kathy Caudill of Berea, Kentucky, Debbie Smith of Danville, Kentucky, and Marsha Clark of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; one granddaughter, Sierra Rose Tully of Spring Hill, Florida; and several nieces, nephews, and other family. Linda was a homemaker and of the Church of God faith. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, cooking, and spending time with her family. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Dr. Michael Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Lee Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Visitation is from 1 p.m. until time of service Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
