Levi Gerraid Banks, age 58, of Lafayette Drive, Morehead, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025, at UK–St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead, surrounded by his loving family.

Born October 23, 1967, in Morehead, he was the son of the late Carlotta V. Sparks Banks.

Levi is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Patricia Muse Banks, whom he married July 31, 2015; five children, Ashley Stevens and husband Jason, Jobe Banks, Brantley Banks, Gabby Cropper, and Ivy Muse, all of Morehead; six grandchildren, Rebekah Stevens, Brooklyn Stevens, Ava Stevens, Arlow Stevens, Jaxon Banks, and Jenson Banks; and one great-granddaughter, Paisley Reed, as well as other extended family members and friends.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1985 to 1988. Levi was a lifelong truck driver and was currently employed with Ripato Trucking in Flemingsburg. When not on the road, he enjoyed horseback riding and, most of all, spending time with his wife and son Brantley.

Levi will be remembered always and greatly missed.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals with Pastor Andy Lands, Pastor Jason Lewis, and Pastor Bobby Tackett, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in Conley Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Rocky Porter, Travis Barker, Jason DeWitt, David Thomas, Brandon Keeton, Matt Fultz, Jessie Puckett, Jason Steven, and Scott Sturgis. Honorary pallbearer will be Brantley Banks.

Visitation is from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
