Larry Neil Lambert, age 56, of J. Dehart Road, Morehead, passed away Monday, February 9, 2015, at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington. Born January 22, 1959, in Morehead, he was a son of the late James Oliver and Elnora Fay Mynhier Lambert. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Ryan Neil Lambert in 1998; three brothers, infant Michael Ray Lambert in 1954, James Mitchell Lambert in 2007, and Anthony Lambert in 2012. Larry is survived by his wife, Christina 'Chris' Adams Lambert, whom he married July 22, 2006; one daughter, Halie Brooke Lambert of Livonia, Michigan; one step-daughter, Brittany Williams of Morehead; and one step-son, Christopher Williams of Cincinnati, Ohio. Also surviving are four sisters, Brenda and Jim Chadwick of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, Patricia and Darius Lewis, Connie Staton, and Kimberly Lynn Lambert and John Hamm, all of Morehead; several nieces, nephews, and aunts; other dear family members; and numerous friends including his motorcycle and music family. Larry graduated from Rowan County High School in 1977 and graduated from the Lexington Barber College. He worked with his father at Roffler of Morehead as a barber and stylist for 17 years before joining the Morehead Utility Plant Board in 1997. Larry was currently the gas crew leader in the maintenance department. Larry played the bass guitar for over 40 years with various bands and was currently a member of Seven Turn Band. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and boating on Cave Run Lake. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, February 13, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Fannin and the Rev. Allan Hutchinson officiating. Burial will follow in Clearfield Cemetery. Pallbearers: Ron Adams, Danny McClurg, Dwayne Davis, Tim Chapman, Mark Chapman, Christopher Williams, and Ronnie Evans.
