Larry Clifton Doyle, age 66, of Big Woods Road, Morehead, passed away Sunday, December 8, 2024, at his residence after an extended illness.

He was born May 18, 1958, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, to the late Ray Clifton Doyle and Juanita Mae Key Doyle. In addition to his parents, he preceded in death by his wife of 15 years, Brenda Kay Henderson McClanahan Doyle, who passed away on January 18, 2023; a stepdaughter, Danyelle McClanahan; and a sister, Kathy Denton.

Larry is survived a stepdaughter, Jennifer Carson and husband Jeremy of Morehead; two brothers, Barry Doyle and wife Libby of Louisville, Kentucky, and Gary Doyle and wife Martha of Bonnieville, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews; other extended family and friend.

Larry was a former customer service manager at Walmart in Morehead for several years.  He was a member of Sharkey Baptist Church and Bethel Baptist Church in Hart County. Larry loved going to yard sales and flea markets, and singing with the gospel group Joyful Echo's.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Sego Funeral Home, 114 South Street, Munfordville, KY 42765.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Sego Funeral Home with Pastor Harley Sexton, Jr. and Pastor Elijah Sexton officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Hart County, Kentucky.

A gathering for family and friends will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
