Larry Randolph Brickles, age 68, of Maysville, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015, from injuries sustained in a house fire. He was born March 21, 1947, in Carter County, a son of the late Virgil and Elise Lewis Brickles. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Vangel, Raymond, and Gary 'Hank' Brickles, and two sisters, Phyllis Wilson and Carolyn McCleese. He is survived by four brothers, Gary Lester and Dewey Brickles, both of Morehead and Ollie and James 'Troy' Brickles and wife Barbara, all of Olive Hill; four sisters, Geneva Johnson of Wayne, Michigan, Clarice Epps and husband Bob and Justine Brickles, all of Lansing, Michigan, and Nadine Cole and husband Pete of Fleming County, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, October 26, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Day officiating. Burial will follow in Manning Chapel Cemetery in Carter County. Visitation is from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Monday, October 26, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
