LaDonna K. Payne of West Liberty, KY, passed away Monday, February 14, 2011 at her residence, after an extended illness, at the age of 61 years, 1 month, and 18 days. She was born on Tuesday, December 27, 1949 at Lenox, KY, a daughter of the late Quentin -Babe- & Rose Hay Johnson. LaDonna was a LPN and a member of the Cow Branch Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Phillip Tyrone Johnson and one sister, Vanessa Johnson. LaDonna is survived by her son, Jacob Adam Payne of Louisville, KY; her daughter, Melissa R. Stacy and companion, Barry Burton of West Liberty, KY; three grandchildren, Heather D. Flannery, Elihu Q. -Eli- Havens, and Emily F. Potter; one sister, Sheila & Donnie Phillips of West Liberty, KY; nieces and nephews, Kristie & Robin Loudermilk of West Liberty, Kevin Ison of West Liberty, Audree Loudermilk, Jasmine Ison, Gavin Ison, Garet Loudermilk, Colt Loudermilk, and Bubba Loudermilk; a host of aunts, uncles, and extended family; and her caretakers, Lucy Romans and Berchlene Burton. Funeral Service 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the Potter Funeral Home with Rev. Eugene Haney officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Cemetery, Cow Branch Road, West Liberty, KY. Visitation at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers: Eli Havens, Barry Burton, Jason Burton, Robin Loudermilk, Bubba Loudermilk, Phillip Byrd, and Scotty Conley.
