KSue Black, age 54, of Cherry Blossom Drive, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead from an extended illness. Miss Black was born July 13, 1957, in Morehead, Kentucky, a daughter of the late A. C. and Christell Wallace Black. KSue is survived by two brothers, Ronald Gene (Phyllis) Black of Wallingford, Kentucky, Glennis Ray (Tina) Black of Morehead, Kentucky; one sister, Wanda Louise Black (Randall) Catron of Morehead, Kentucky; nieces, Lisa Black (Clark) Hoover, Brenda Lee Black (William) Woodruff, Angela Carole Black, Andrea Gene Black; nephews, Clayton Ray Black, Colton M. Black; great nieces, Natasha Marie Woodruff, Alyssia Lynea Woodruff, Ashley Marie Roon, Lyndzy Anne Roon, Symantha Barrera; two great nephews, William Glenn Woodruff, Jr., and Kaden Clark Hoover; and one great-great nephew, Alexander Javier Barrera. KSue worked at St. Claire Regional Medical Center as a medical transcriptionist, and a secretary at the Morehead State University Physical Plant and the Sweet Shop. She also owned and operated her own business, A Touch of Class, for a number of years. KSue enjoyed cooking, especially baking, reading, sewing, knitting, writing poems, music, and art sketching, but most of all her flowers and birds. She was a computer whiz at heart. KSue was Baptist by faith and enjoyed listening to gospel music and services on television. She was a people person and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Rev. Mark Caldwell and Rev. Andy Lands officiating. Burial will follow in the Black Family Cemetery at Sharkey. Pallbearers will be Ricky Lewis, Mark Lewis, Steve McKinney, T. J. McKinney, Dallas McKinney, and Tim McKinney. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead. Visitation: Thursday, May 3, 2012, after 5 p.m. Funeral: Friday, May 4, 2012, at 3 p.m. Interment: Black Family Cemtery, Sharkey
