Kenneth Wayne Roberts, age 53, of Leitchfield KY, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at Norton's Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born on February 15, 1962, in Morehead, KY, the son of Jackie and Polly McClurg Roberts. He was self-employed and a member of Cross Point. He enjoyed collecting antique cars, attending car shows, listening to music and was an avid collector of toys. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Cris Carter Roberts; 2 sons, Luke Johnson (Cari) and Lance Johnson (Ashley), both of Leitchfield; 4 grandchildren, Caden, Colin, Easton and Bennett Johnson, all of Leitchfield; two brothers, Jamie Roberts (Angie) and Joey Roberts, both of Morehead; a sister, Tresa Laferty (Don) of Wisconsin. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Monday, April 13, 2015, at Cross Point in Leitchfield. Bro. Jerry Dunaway will be officiating. Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home, 306 W. Main St., Leitchfield, KY 42755, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. There will be no visitation on Monday preceding funeral services. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ken's name to the Grayson County Food Bank.
