Katherine Mynhier Williams, age 85, of Whispering Pines, Clearfield, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2010, at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home in Flemingsburg, Kentucky. Born April 16, 1924, in Rowan County, Kentucky, Katherine was the daughter of the late Estle and Sadie Kelsey Mynhier. Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law: Gary and Janet Williams of Connersville, Indiana, Lanny -Duke- and Beverly Williams of Morehead, Kentucky, and Dion and Kimberly Williams of Morehead, Kentucky, and six grandchildren: Mark Williams, Shawn Williams, Heather Landau, Sam Williams, Farrah Ingram, and Amber Evans. Mrs. Williams graduated from the Appalachian School of Practical Nursing in Lexington, Kentucky, and was a licensed practical nurse for twenty years. She was a member of the First Church of God. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Kenny Fouch, Dr. Mark Williams, and Minister Jesse Perry officiating. Interment will be in the Baldridge Cemetery at Clearfield, Kentucky. Pallbearers: Mark Williams, Sam Williams, Shawn Williams, Nate Landau, Scott Ingram, and Caleb Evans.
