Julie Jett Davis, age 50, of Mynhier Road, Morehead, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center. Born July 11, 1967, in Rowan County, she was the daughter of the late Hargis and Naomi Faris Knox Jett. She is survived by her companion of 32 years, Verlin Phillip Davis; two sons, Phillip Austin Davis and Justin Dakota (Laura) Davis, all of Morehead; one step daughter, Kelly Jo Lucas of Olive Hill; one brother, Lonny Darrell Jett of Morehead; and four grandchildren, Trinity, Gabriel, Payton, and John. Julie graduated from Rowan County High School and was a former waitress at Ponderosa. She was a devoted homemaker and loving mother, companion, and grandmother. She will be greatly missed. Graveside services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, June 30, 2018, at Brown Cemetery with Brother Don Rivers and the Rev. Jeff Fannin officiating . Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
