Judy Fern Kissinger Crum, age 57, of Fyrl Street, Clearfield, Kentucky, passed away Friday, October 8, 2010, at her residence. She was born December 30, 1952, in Haldeman, Kentucky, daughter of the late Home and Della Adkins Kissinger. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Faye Kissinger Johnson in 1991. Her husband, Vernon Crum, passed away on March 9, 1993. Judy Fern is survived by one son, Ray Crum of Clearfield, Kentucky; one daughter, Melina Kay Crum of Morehead, Kentucky; and one grandson, Gavin Crum. Also surviving are three sisters, Ruby Parker of Morehead, Kentucky, Minnie Jean Phillips and Brenda May, both of Clearfield, Kentucky; and one brother, Leonard Kissinger of Valparaiso, Indiana. Judy Fern was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She attended the Haldeman Church of God Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, October 10, 2010, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals with Brother Don Rivers officiating. Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chris Hampton, Michael McKinney, Tony Kronmueller, Mark Anthony Jordan II, Jim Rice, and Rodney Gregory. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Saturday, October 9, 2010, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, Morehead, Kentucky.
