Judy Ann Jennings Howard, age 68, of U.S. 60 East, Morehead, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at her residence. She was born May 31, 1946, in Paintsville, a daughter of the late Henry Jennings and Okey Marie Blanton Jennings. Judy's husband, Charles Ray Howard, preceded her in death on June 8, 1980. She is survived by two sons and their wives, Charles Wesley and Mandy Howard of Dayton, Ohio, and Jeffrey Brian and Ann Howard of Morehead; eight grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Other survivors include two brothers, Jimmy Jennings of Johnson County and Michael Jennings of Lima, Ohio; two sisters, Bonita Jennings of Naples, Florida, and Bernice Lyons of Springboro, Ohio; two sisters-in-law, Anne Caskey Money and Janie Dockery, both of Morehead; nieces and nephews; extended family; and friends. Judy retired from Emerson Electric and was a devoted homemaker, wife, and mother. Her sons and grandchildren brought the greatest joy to her life. Judy was a Christian and attended Cross Point Church. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, October 11, 2014, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Chester Keathley officiating. Burial will follow in Newsill Cemetery. Pallbearers: Robert, Chris, Kelly, Bryce, and Gabriel Howard and James Scott White. Visitation is 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Friday, October 10, 2014, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
