Judith Ann "Judy" Tilley Miller

Judith Ann “Judy” Tilley Miller, age 76, of Big Perry Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2026, at UK-St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.

Born August 1, 1950, in Whitesburg, Kentucky, Judy was the daughter of the late William “Buzz” and Imogene Phillips Tilley, both of Fleming-Neon, Kentucky. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by one daughter, Kathy Egelston Goodman, and three sisters, Alice Wright, Marybelle Austin, and Bessie Tibbs.

Judy is survived by one son, David Wesley Egelston, Jr., and Patti Egelston of Hillsboro, Kentucky; one grandson, James “Jamie” Beatty of Morehead, Kentucky; one granddaughter, Kaitlin Goodman and Dillin Jewell of Ewing, Kentucky; three brothers, Sam and Deeda Tilley and George and Katrina Tilley of Fleming-Neon, Kentucky, and Eddie and Karen Tilley of Richmond, Kentucky; one sister, Francis “Fran” and Noah Champion of Greeneville, Tennessee.

Judy was a former employee of Jockey International and Wal-Mart while living in Kentucky, and she also worked in the cafeteria at Gary Middle School in Indiana. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and spending time in prayer. Judy was spiritually in touch with God and loved reading the Bible.

Judy will be greatly missed and remembered with love.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at a later date.
