Joshua James Waddell, age 35, of Olive Hill, passed away Friday, March 30, 2018, at the home of his aunt and uncle, Denise and Steven Conn, where he resided for the past 13 years. Born November 23, 1982, in Morehead, he was a son of the late Larry David and Wanda Sue Sloan Waddell. Joshua is survived by one brother, David Wade Waddell and wife Tina and one nephew, David Wade Waddell, Jr., all of Olive Hill. He also leaves behind aunts and uncles, extended family and friends. Joshua was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was of the Christian faith. Services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Bobby Day officiating. Burial will follow in Trent Cemetery on Rainbow Road in Morehead. Pallbearers: David Wade Waddell, Rory Fannin, Blake Skaggs, Steven Conn, Shannon Sloan and Leonard Sloan.
