Joseph Allen "Joe" Kinder, age 57, of Clayton Lane North, Morehead, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at Baptist Health in Lexington. Born April 19, 1961, in Morehead, he is the son of Denver Kinder of Morehead and the late Myrtle Irene Wilson Kinder. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Steve Kinder, on March 1, 2016. Joe is survived by one daughter, Tiara JoAnn Combs and husband Rebel of Lost Creek; his father and stepmother, Denver and Dollie McGuire Kinder; his fiancée, Terina Lanham, all of Morehead; one sister, Jackie Petersen and husband John of Fairfax, Virginia; a nephew, Michael Kinder and wife Jaime of Morehead, as well as a host of extended family and friends. Joe, who spent most of his life as a construction worker, began helping his father at Kinder Construction at the age of seven. He was currently a heavy equipment operator for G & W Construction Company where he had been employed for many years. Joe was a very dedicated and hard worker and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed watching Lucas Oil Dirt Track Racing, NASCAR, NFL football, and U. K. basketball. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, October 21, 2018, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jared DeAtley officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Michael Kinder, Ben McCoy, B. J. Branham, Rick Logan, Tony Kidd, Braxton Caldwell, Shane Hornback, and Billy Branham. Honorary pallbearers: Darrell Alderman, Bobby Alderman, Will Robinson, and Bob Boone Razor. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, October 20, 2018, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
