Jennifer Sue "Jenny" Messer, age 42, of Cromer Road, Morehead, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023, at her residence.

She was born May 14, 1980, and is the daughter of Thomas A. Messer of Morehead and the late Dianna Sue Fultz Messer.

In addition to her father, Jenny is survived by four brothers, Timothy (Jamie) Messer of Olive Hill, Donnie Messer, Rick (Kala) Messer, all of Morehead, and Charlie (Dawn) Messer of Wallingford; one sister, Mary (Philip) Cromer of Morehead; four nieces, Ariel Messer, T. J. Stephens, Avarie Messer, and Haven Middleton; six nephews, Tyler Cromer, Sawyer Messer, Kegan Messer, Zeb Messer, Ed Stephens III, and Dakota Middleton; and four special friends, Judy Cromer, Connie Barker, Kayla "Reverend" Salyers, and Amber Archer.

She was a 1999 graduate of Rowan County Senior High School and attended the United Baptist Church.  She enjoyed attending church, planting flowers, talking to her friends on the phone, and visiting with family and friends.  She loved her family and will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Elder Austin Knipp, Elder Joe Salyers, Elder Harlen Burnett, and Elder A. J. Williamson officiating.  Burial will follow in Stevens Cemetery on May Road.

Pallbearers: Tim Messer, Donnie Messer, Charlie Messer, Philip Cromer, Tyler Cromer, Kegan Messer, and Ed Stephens III.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
