Jennifer Beth Skaggs, age 27, of Apple Grove Lane, Morehead, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born December 10, 1987, in Morehead, Jennifer is the daughter of Larry and Paula Erwin Skaggs of Morehead. She is also survived by her fiancé, Adam Fitzpatrick of Morehead; two sisters, Sarah Skaggs and Rebekah Skaggs, both of Morehead; two nephews, Zander and Gavin Walling; maternal grandmother, Betty Mauk Hall of Morehead; and aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends. Jennifer graduated from Rowan County Senior High School in 2006 and Morehead State University in 2010. She was currently an employee at Camden-Carroll Library at Morehead State University and Doves, and formerly worked at Guardian and Morehead Credit Union. She enjoyed quilting, traveling, listening to country music, and spending time with her nephews. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Tommy Erwin, and paternal grandparents, Orville and Anne Thornsberry Skaggs. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Willie Sturgill officiating. Burial will follow in Skaggs Cemetery on Apple Grove Lane. Pallbearers: Caleb Fitzpatrick, Billy Fitzpatrick, Joe Smith, Casey Smith, Daniel Smith, Shelby Mauk, Shane Mauk, and Dail Howard. Visitation is after 4 p.m. Monday, October 12, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead. Visitation: Monday, October 12, 2015, after 4 p.m. Funeral: Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at 2 p.m. Interment: Skaggs Cemetery, Apple Grove Lane, Morehead, KY
