Jennifer Lynn Barnette, age 36, Weaver Ridge, Morehead, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Born November 10, 1979, in Rowan County, she is the daughter of Calvin Mynhier and Arvilla Donohue, both of Morehead. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Brent Damon Barnette; three brothers, Junior Mynhier and wife Tammy of Clearfield, Daniel MynHier and John Mynhier, both of Morehead; three sisters, Anna Barnette and husband Benjamin, Martha Mynhier and Mary Mynhier, all of Morehead; mother-in-law, Naomi Barnette of Morehead; several nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles, cousins and other devoted family members. Jennifer was a homemaker and enjoyed writing and listening to music and photography. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Haskel and Annie McIntosh Mynhier; maternal grandparents, James and Mary Brown Donohue; and beloved Beagle, Lady. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Larry Hamm officiating. Burial will follow in Barnette Cemetery on Weaver Ridge. Pallbearers will be Junior Mynhier, John Mynhier, Daniel MynHier, Zack Littleton, Steve Barnette, and Ben Barnette.
