Jasen Len Gibson, age 41, of Lower Licking Road, Morehead, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017. Born July 15, 1975, in Chillicothe, Ohio, Jasen was a son of the late Len Gibson and Sharlet Caldwell Gibson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Clyde 'Brub' Caldwell, and his paternal grandparents, Marshall and Beulah Standafer Gibson. Jasen is survived by two daughters, Kylen Shay Gibson and Gracie Lyn Gibson, both of Morehead; his fiancée, Kristi McClurg and her daughter, Krislynn Cook, of Morehead; two brothers, Travis L. Gibson and wife Heather of Morehead and Tye G. Gibson and wife Miranda of Lexington; maternal grandmother, Ima Wages Caldwell of Morehead; six nieces and nephews, Trevor, Owen, Avery, Sophia, Cameron, and Lincoln Gibson; as well as extended family and many friends. He was an entrepreneur and enjoyed hunting, racing 4-wheelers, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with family, especially with his daughters. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Mark Caldwell and the Rev. Jeff Fannin officiating. Burial will follow at Jones Cemetery in Midland. Pallbearers: John Pelfrey, Keith Ryan, Chris Leadingham, Wes Black, Chris Caldwell, and Cole Caldwell. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
