James Thomas 'Tom' Flora, age 62, of Ashland, a longtime resident of Rowan County, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2016, at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. Born June 5, 1954, in Maysville, he was a son of the late James Russell and Pearl Ellen Little Flora. Tom is survived by one brother, Larry 'Bubby' Fremion of Ashland; one sister, Dori Lynn Lemke of Fremont, Ohio; extended family and friends. Tom was self-employed and enjoyed working and spending time with family and friends. Graveside services and burial will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, October 22, 2016, at Bald Point Cemetery in Lewis County with John Jordan officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
