James Daniel Lewis, age 30, of Hwy. 519, West Liberty, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2013, at the Morgan County Appalachian Regional Hospital. He was born November 10, 1982, in Rowan County, Kentucky, a son of James Edward Lewis and wife Kimberly of Ludowici, Georgia, and the late Sally Ann Ginter Adams. In addition to his father, he is survived by his fianc-e, Denae Fugett; one son and two daughters, Reef Lewis, Bella Lewis, and Carliee Lewis, all of Morgan County, Kentucky; one sister, Angel Jolley and husband Travis of Clearfield, Kentucky; one stepbrother, Eric Adams of Richmond, Virginia; maternal grandparents, Ralph Ginter of Morehead, Kentucky, and Anna Adams Ginter of Grayson, Kentucky. James was a truck driver for Three Rivers Materials in Lexington, Kentucky. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Rev. Cecil Ison officiating. Burial will follow in the Ezel Cemetery in Morgan County. Pallbearers will be Travis Jolley, Jim King, Nick Schatz, T. J. Ferguson, Cody Little, and Kevin Ferguson.
