James Edward 'Jimmy' Epperhart, age 73, of Wayne, Ohio, passed away Monday, July 13, 2015, at the residence of his niece, Patti Huston, in Bradner, Ohio. Born February 12, 1942, in Beckley, West Virginia, he was a son of the late Cecil and Clercie Ingle Epperhart. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jason Epperhart, and four sisters, Ruby Epperhart, Martha Epperhart Weaver, Ferne Epperhart Hyatt, and Frances Epperhart Hyatt. Jimmy is survived by several nieces and nephews. He retired from Miami Trace High School in Washington Courthouse, Ohio, and was a member of the NRA. Jimmy enjoyed spending time with family, fishing, playing cards and dominos, and was a lifelong jokester. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, July 17, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Cindy Hyatt officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Visitation is 5 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
