Obituary

James M. Fraley, age 68, of Haldeman Heights, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2007, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born February 22, 1939, in Rowan County, Kentucky, and was the son of the late Amos and Mary Slone Fraley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Jeffery Fraley; one brother, Wilburn Fraley; and one sister, Mandy Sloan. He is survived by his wife, Ernestine Lewis Fraley; two sons, Jimmy Fraley and Mark Fraley both of Morehead, Kentucky; one daughter, Loretta Barker of Morehead, Kentucky; five sisters, Mid Johnson of Valparaiso, Indiana, Faye Reeves of Carter County, Kentucky, Sallie Gibbs, Lillian DeHart, and Tina Lewis all of Morehead, Kentucky; five grandchildren; and a special friend, Clay Miller. Mr. Fraley was an employee of Ken-Mor Stone for more than 30 years. He was a member of the Church of God. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p. m. Sunday, June 10, 2007, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Ray Glover officiating; burial will follow in the Fraley Cemetery on Kegley Ridge. Pallbearers will be Benny Stamper, Danny Stamper, Terry Lewis, D. J. DeHart, Terry Barker, Scottie Eden, Jason Ramey and Matt Sexton. Visitation is after 5 p. m. Saturday, June 9, 2007, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals. Visitation: Saturday, June 9, 2007, after 5 p. m. Funeral: Sunday, June 10, 2007, at 2 p. m. Interment: Fraley Cemetery on Kegley Ridge
