James Logan Blizzard, 68, of Mansfield, Ohio, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014, at Mansfield Memorial Homes. Born March 30, 1946, in Morehead, James was a son of the late Clyde and Dixie Messer Blizzard. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jackie Blizzard. He is survived by his daughter, Carla (Steve) Wilkson of Mansfield, Ohio; sister, Barbara (Wayne) Castle of Ontario, Ohio; and grandchildren, Ayanna, Keegon, and Clara. James enjoyed sitting on his porch watching the traffic and talking with anyone who walked by. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Don Rivers officiating. Burial will follow in Newsill Cemetery. Visitation is from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2014, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
