Jackie 'Spook' Butler, age 61, of the Life Care Center of Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2012, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Born July 12, 1951, in Plummers Landing, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Ruby Butler Eldridge. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his step father, J. C. Eldridge. Spook is survived by his wife, Sharon Woods Butler; two brothers, Michael Eldridge of South Point, Ohio, and Randy Eldridge of Dayton, Ohio; five sisters, Beverly Kynett of Fairborn, Ohio, Barbara Schuler of New Vienna, Ohio, Deborah Charlebois of Dayton, Ohio, Melissa Wedderburn of Beaver Creek, Ohio, and Rhonda Combs of Dayton, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews. He was a former employee of Peccos and thoroughly enjoyed visiting with his many friends and family. Funerals services will be conducted 12 noon Monday, December 31, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Lansford May officiating. Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Visitation is from 10 a.m. until noon Monday, December 31, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
