Ivan Dale Krow, Sr., age 58, of Ridgeway Drive, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2008, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Born February 20, 1949, in Mansfield, Ohio, he is the son of Margaret Brewer Krow Felton of Ashland, Ohio, and the late John Henry Krow. He is also survived by the mother of his child, Geneva Moore Krow; one son, Ivan Krow, II, three stepsons, James Thompson, Timothy Thompson, and Jeremiah Thompson; and one granddaughter, Siera Taylor Krow, all of Morehead. Other survivors include two brothers, Alvin Brown of Polk, Ohio, and John Brown of Ashland, Ohio, and three sisters, Beverly Liggett of Marblehead, Ohio, Lucille Thompson and Evelyn Hartman, both of Ashland, Ohio. Ivan served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War, was a former employee of Fannin-s Ashland, and had been a bus driver for the Rowan County schools. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was a member of the East End Church of God. Graveside services and burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2008, at New Alfrey Cemetery with the Rev. David Starcher officiating. Full military rites will be conducted at the graveside by Morehead American Legion Post No. 126. Pallbearers will be Cobern Fannin, John Wolfenbarger, Jeremiah Thompson, Walter Riddle, Dougie Black, and Joe Samuelson.
