Isiah Risner Skaggs Purnell, infant son of Sarah Skaggs and Earnest (Tott) Purnell of Morehead joined the Heavenly Angels at birth on October 10, 2015, at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Zander Walling and Gavin Walling, maternal grandparents, Larry and Paula Erwin Skaggs, maternal great grandmother, Betty Mauk Hall, and maternal aunt, Rebekah Skaggs, all of Morehead; paternal grandparents, Richard and Charlene Fraley Purnell, and paternal uncle, Jeremy Purnell and wife Brittney, all of Olive Hill. Private graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at the Skaggs Cemetery on Apple Grove Lane, Morehead, with Brother Don Rivers officiating.
