Ina Ruby Thornsberry Wallace, age 83, of Dry Creek Road, Clearfield, passed away Friday, July 25, 2014, at Life Care Center in Morehead. Born February 13, 1931, in Blairs Mill, she was a daughter of the late Lonnie and Clacy Parker Thornsberry. Ruby is survived by her husband of 58 years, Clinton Wallace, whom she wed November 12, 1955; two sons, Rodney Dean Wallace and Tony Lee Wallace and wife Lisa, all of Clearfield; four grandchildren, LeTerra Perkins, Toni Leigh Anderson, Tyler Wallace, and Austin Wallace; and two great grandchildren, Riley Perkins and Finleigh Anderson Other survivors include three brothers, Delbert Thornsberry of Monroe, Ohio, Edgar Thornsberry of Ypsilanti, Michigan, and Donald Thornsberry of Owingsville; five sisters, Marie Lewis and Della Miller, both of West Elkton, Ohio, Thelma Bumgardner of Clearfield, Ava Jennings of Belleview, Florida, and Marlene Crose of Morehead; and several nieces and nephews. Ruby worked at Cowden's for 20 years and was co-owner of Mom's Restaurant for six years. She enjoyed her flowers, gardening, sewing and traveling. Ruby was a member of the Clearfield Tabernacle First Church of God. Funeral services will be conducted 12 noon Monday, July 28, 2014, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Rev. Max Molihan officiating. Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery. Pallbearers: Tyler Wallace, Austin Wallace, Dwain Wallace, Brian Wallace, Jamie Crose, and Kevin Anderson. Honorary Pallbearers: Roger Wallace, Doug Wallace, Nathan Perkins, Marty Crose, Garland Crose, and Chuck Miller. Visitation is 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday, July 27, 2014, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
