Helen Trent Fultz, age 92, of CCC Trail, Morehead, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2022, at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington.

Born March 15, 1930, in Haldeman, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Harvey E. Trent and Katie Slone Trent.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Eugene Fultz; five siblings, Wyatt Trent, Leonard Trent, Nellie Conn, Olivia Trent, and Woodrow Trent; and six nieces and nephews, Robert Lee Conn, Ressie Helen Conn, Darlene Trent, Ina Chloe Roe, Patricia Ann England, and Linda Gay Conley.

Helen is survived by several nieces and nephews including Cathleen Dickerson of Xenia, Ohio, Emogene Darrell and Arlene Voiles, both of Jamestown, Ohio, Roger Trent, Barbara Sue Trent, and Carolyn Barnett, all of Morehead, Kentucky, Ronnie Trent of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Loretta Hollenback, Teresa Lynn Trent, and Leonard Dale Trent, all of Centerville, Ohio, and Harvey Trent of Waynesville, Ohio.

Helen was full of life and enjoyed living with her upbeat personality and positive attitude.  Raised on a farm, she especially enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, and mowing her lawn—even at 90 years young.  Helen loved her family and appreciated her neighbors and good friends many acts of kindness. She was a member of Elliottville Baptist Church and will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.

A funeral service will be conducted at 12 noon on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Willie Sturgill officiating.  Burial will follow in New Sill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 12 noon on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
