Harold Junior Stafford, age 61, of Nicholasville, formerly of Morehead, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home in Flemingsburg.

Born March 9, 1961, in Boyd County, he was a son of the late Jesse J. Stafford and step mother, Mary Jo Skaggs Stafford, and mother, Wilma Jean Phillips Stafford.

Harold is survived by three sisters, Bonita (David) Lowe and Joyce (Gary) Breeze, all of Morehead, and Carla (Sam) Haggard of Nicholasville; two step sisters, Marium (Phil) Glover of Morehead and Lois Gilliland of Columbus, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

Harold enjoyed working with farm equipment, mowing, and doing lawn care. He also loved animals, making peanut butter fudge, fishing, and watching Clint Eastwood and John Wayne movies.

Graveside services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2022, at Brown Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Fannin officiating.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation is from 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
