Gladys Fern Mynhier Estes, age 81, of River Road, Farmers, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2010, at the Palm Garden of Pinellas in Largo, Florida. Born February 1, 1929, in Rowan County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Omer and Nettie Cooper Mynhier. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Delmar Estes. Gladys is survived by three sons, Demmer Estes of Pinellas Park, Florida, Dallas Estes of Miamisburg, Ohio, and William -Billy- Estes of Morehead, Kentucky; two daughters, Abria Estes of Largo, Florida, and Shellie Estes of Farmers, Kentucky; ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Gladys was a retired caregiver and attended the Clearfield Tabernacle First Church of God. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, March 25, 2010, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Cecil Ison officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals.
