Garry Lee McClurg, age 61, of Heritage Place, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. He was born September 23, 1947, in Richmond, Indiana, son of the late Clarence and Rosa Wooten McClurg. He is survived by three sons, Terry Lear of Richmond, Indiana, John Damron of Ashland, Virginia, and Kevin McClurg of Morehead, Kentucky; three daughters, Tina Fellers of Indianapolis, Indiana, Kim Brown of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, and Kelly McClurg of Ashland, Virginia; one brother, James McClurg of Morehead, Kentucky; one sister, Wanda Pierce of Ewing, Kentucky; four grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. Garry was a mechanic at Morehead Auto Parts. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, August 1, 2009, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Williams officiating. Visitation is after 10 a.m. Saturday, August 1, 2009, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals.
