Frank Edward Arthurs, age 39, of Dry Branch Road, Soldier, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2011, at Central Baptist Hospital in Montgomery, Alabama. Born December 18, 1971, in Rowan County, Kentucky, Frank is the son of Denise Webb Arthurs of Olive Hill, Kentucky, and the late Paul Arthurs. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Lisa Adkins Arthurs; one son, Christopher Paul Arthurs of Soldier, Kentucky; one sister, Gail Messer and husband Roger of Morehead, Kentucky; two brothers, Kenneth Arthurs and wife Debra and Roy Arthurs and wife Jama, all of Soldier, Kentucky, as well as a special brother, Randy Zeigler of Olive Hill, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews; other family members and friends. Frank was working in Alabama as a telecommunications employee. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, and spending time with his family. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, December 4, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Bobby Day officiating. Burial will follow in the Bradley Cemetery on Dry Branch Road in Carter County. Pallbearers: Alex Messer, Neil Messer, Brad Messer, Randy Zeigler, Troy Wilson, and Carl Arthurs.
