Faye Gillum Case, 98, formerly of Heritage Place, Morehead, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015, at Elliott Nursing and Rehabilitation in Sandy Hook. She was born February 22, 1917, in Elliott County, a daughter of the late Earl N. and Arizona Fields Gillum. Faye was a sister to Ernest, Ronald, and Earl Davis Gillum and Gladys Donta and Irene Ewers. Faye leaves behind two nieces, Kathy Flowers and Valerie Donta Young. Her husband, James A. Case, preceded her in death on September 26, 1987. Mrs. Case was a homemaker and member of the Episcopal Church. Private graveside services will be conducted Friday, March 20, 2015, at Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
