Eva Mae Turner Owens Kegley, age 73, of Oak Grove Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2012, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. She was born May 6, 1939, in Woodsock, Ohio, a daughter of the late Floyd F. and Alkie Moore Turner. Her husband, Chester Dee Kegley, also preceded her in death. Survivors include five children, Raymond H. Kegley and Terry Lee Owens, both of Morehead, Kentucky, Marsha Kay Nawman of Marysville, Ohio, Michael Allen Owens and Kenneth Eugene Owens.
