Ernest Lee Patton, age 70, of Norwood, Ohio, formerly of Soldier, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, August 28, 2010, at his residence. Born June 3, 1940, in Soldier, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Orville Andrew and Goldie Mae Franklin Patton. He is survived by one brother, Ronald Patton of Norwood, Ohio, and one sister, Ina Louise Frisby of Dawson Springs, Kentucky. Mr. Patton was an employee of Allied Moving Company in Norwood, Ohio. Graveside services will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 31, 2010, at the Patton Cemetery in Soldier, Kentucky, with the Rev. Gayle Price officiating.
