Ernest Ray Fraley, age 60, of Williams Branch, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2008, at his residence. He was born April 2, 1948, in Elliott County, Kentucky, and was the son of the late Arlie and Nadine Jones Fraley. He is survived by his wife, Kathie Kiser Fraley; one daughter, Patricia Fraley Kelly of Grayson, Kentucky; one brother, Delford Fraley of Morehead, Kentucky; and two sisters, Ernestine Staggs of Morehead, Kentucky, and Hildas Mayse of Ypsilanti, Michigan. Ernest was a former heavy machinery operator at Mountain Enterprises Road Construction and Wilson Construction Company. He loved building cars. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2008, and anytime Thursday, June 19, 2008, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals. Family graveside services will be held at Prince Cemetery in Elliottville, Kentucky. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals.
