Emma Marie Johnson Williams, age 93, of Norton, Ohio, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018, at Barberton Hospital in Barberton, Ohio. Born March 19, 1924, in Flemingsburg, she was a daughter of the late Cleveland "Cleve" Johnson and Lela Pierce Johnson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arley (Junior) Williams on April 8, 2008, and numerous brothers and sisters. Emma is survived by one son, Jack Williams and wife Cara; one daughter, Janet Williams, all of Norton, Ohio; two grandchildren, Greg Williams of Cleveland, Ohio, and Lydia Williams of Norton, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. She retired after 20 years of service with Myers Plastics in Akron, Ohio, and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her special dogs. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2018, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Michael Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Adams-Plank Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, March 2, 2018, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
