Ellene Lowe Justice Perkins, age 79, of Hope Hill Road, Flemingsburg, passed away Monday, January 25, 2016, at her residence. She was born May 4, 1936, in Pikeville, and was a daughter of the late John and Anna Adams Lowe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Edward Justice; her second husband, Noel Perkins; and several brothers and sisters. Ellene is survived by two daughters, Deborah Cooper of Flemingsburg and Teresa Keith of Racine, Wisconsin; two sons, Wayne Justice of Wallingford, and Gene Justice of Cincinnati, Ohio; one sister, Gertrude Matos of Arkansas; 12 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was a retired beautician and member of the Apostolic Faith Tabernacle Church in Maysville. Ellene was a lady of many skills, including electrical work and enjoyed gardening, quilting, and sewing. Funeral services will be conducted 12 noon Saturday, January 30, 2016, at the Apostolic Faith Tabernacle Church with Pastor Randall Osman officiating. Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Garden of Memories in Maysville. Pallbearers will be George Justice, Joe Keith, Michael Matos, Brother Drew Osman, Brother Davis, and Brother Bob. Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin, Dylan, Kyle, and Dalton. Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 12 noon Saturday, January 30, 2016, at the Apostolic Faith Tabernacle Church, 1699 Forest Avenue, Maysville, KY 41056. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, Morehead, Kentucky.
