Edna Wilson, age 80, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at the Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born April 14, 1936, in Clarksburg, Ohio, a daughter of the late James Oty and Marie Holloway Pence. She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Lawrence Pence, and a sister, Edith Ann Fry. Edna's loving husband of 36 years, Earnest Wilson, passed away on September 11, 2015. She is survived by two stepsons, Brian Wilson and Alfred Wilson, Jr., both of Springfield, Ohio; six step grandchildren; and two step great grandchildren. Other survivors include special friend, Helen Griffith of Springfield, and extended family members Roger (Linda) Wilson, Madaline Romaneck , and Ruth Reese, all of Morehead, and Betty (Bill) Offill of Olive Hill, as well as their children. Edna was a homemaker and loved Bingo, flea markets, and traveling. She also enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Rob Puckett officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilson-Epperhart Cemetery on KY 173. Family will serve as pallbearers.
