Edna Francis Perry Netherly

Edna Francis Perry Netherly, 79, of Hillsboro passed away Saturday, October 10, 2026, at UK – St. Claire Medical Center in Morehead.

Born January 19, 1947, in Detroit, Michigan, Edna is the daughter of the late Grace Lorraine Abrams Perry and the late Ulysses James Perry of West Liberty, Kentucky.

Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Bobby Roy Netherly, two brothers, John L Perry (preceded in death Nancy Perry) of Houston, Texas, David Perry of West Liberty, Ky, one son Jamie (Nikki) Gregory of Russellville, Kentucky, one daughter Jana McDaniel of Germantown, Ohio, two stepdaughters, Vicki Bradley of Morehead, Kentucky and Robin Skaggs of Hillsboro, Kentucky.

Also surviving are six grandchildren; Jessica Rodriguez (Ramon) of Germantown, Ohio, Annie Gregory of Vandalia, Ohio, Makala Bradley, Tyler Lambert, Velocity Skaggs, Jared Bradley all of Morehead, Kentucky, four great grandchildren, as well as extended family and many friends.

Edna was a former employee of Life Care Center of Morehead. She loved watching TV Shows and watching the antics of their four dogs.

At Edna’s request there will be no services held.
