Edna Mae Campbell Riddle Workman, age 85, of Riddle Lane, Morehead, passed away Monday, December 16, 2013, at her residence. Born October 7, 1928, in Rowan County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Emma Hall Campbell. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Kenneth Riddle and Clyde Workman; son, Kenny Ray Riddle; brothers, Fred, Harold, James, Lester, and William Campbell; and sisters, Elizabeth Bailey, Audra Booso, Geraldine Decker, Lottie Holland, Flora Vickers, and Juanita Williams. She is survived by four children, Linda Watson and husband J. R, Jeanie Johnson, Terry Riddle and wife Kathy, Vicky Hanshaw and husband Jeffrey, all of Morehead; five grandchildren, Amy Riddle of Morehead, Kimberly Watson of Jacksonville, Florida, Aaron Horton of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Rebekah Boarman and husband David of Grayson, and Katlyn Horton of Morehead; one great-granddaughter, Alexis Finch of Morehead; one sister, Freda Caudill of Salisbury, North Carolina; and one brother, Allen Campbell of Cincinnati, Ohio.. Mae, a loving mother and grandmother, was a homemaker and former employee of Streetmans (now Kellogg) in Fairfax, Ohio, and Cowden Manufacturing Company in Morehead. She was an active member of Rowan County Senior Citizens and was very proud of the many medals she won in the Senior Olympics. She also volunteered with the Rowan County schools and RSVP and attended the Family of God Baptist Church and Johnson First Church of God. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, December 20, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Willie Sturgill and Pastor Pete Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Riddle Cemetery in Morehead. Pallbearers will be Gary Campbell, Jimmy Campbell, Rick Campbell, Brian Riddle, Linville Riddle, Roger Riddle, Jim Bob Vickers, and J. R. Watson. Honorary pallbearers will be Harold Caudill, Jeffrey Hanshaw, Danny Holland, and Michael Shane Rice.
